We even set aside default judgments entered through no fault of your own. Sometimes we are forced to stay (postpone) an impending lockout.

We use our 30 years of legal experience to identify technical ways to defeat or lengthen the eviction process. We push the limits, but unlike some legal outfits, we only use legitimate, good-faith, meritorious defenses — we don't advise bankruptcy just for the sake of delaying an eviction.
